Location: Must be based in or near Boston, MA (Hybrid role).

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisor.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel creator marketing strategies aligned with customer business goals and KPIs.
  • Advise on affiliate best practices, including recruitment, commission structures, and conversion optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROAS and revenue metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end project workflows, from creator sourcing and onboarding to reporting and strategic planning.
  • Deliver business reviews and performance roadmaps to key customer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creator, influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage performance-driven programs with a focus on revenue-based KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable marketing recommendations.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
  • Experience in an agency, SaaS, or customer success environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston.
