Salary: $90,000–$105,000 OTE.

What you will do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisor.
- Develop and execute full-funnel creator marketing strategies aligned with customer business goals and KPIs.
- Advise on affiliate best practices, including recruitment, commission structures, and conversion optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROAS and revenue metrics.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, from creator sourcing and onboarding to reporting and strategic planning.
- Deliver business reviews and performance roadmaps to key customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creator, influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage performance-driven programs with a focus on revenue-based KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
- Experience in an agency, SaaS, or customer success environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston.
