What you will do
- Manage post-sale account operations, including kick-off calls, production, launch, and performance reporting.
- Develop media strategies that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Client Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Brand Journalism to execute campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure delivery against revenue and client goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upsells.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment.
- 2–4 years of total professional work experience.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Growth mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to the mission.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development.
