What you will do
- Identify, pursue, and close new B2B partnerships with corporate accounts, affiliates, and wellness providers.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare space.
- Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that balance revenue growth with service quality.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management to shape vertical expansion.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new healthcare channels across the GCC region.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals from scratch.
- Genuine understanding of regulated, trust-critical environments where compliance is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to commercial decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Nice to have
- Established network within the Dubai/UAE market (corporates, insurers, clinics, pharmacies, or wellness providers).
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC healthcare licensing and regulatory bodies (DHA, DoH, MOH).
- Experience using AI and automation tools to optimize sales workflows.
