Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new B2B partnerships with corporate accounts, affiliates, and wellness providers.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare space.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that balance revenue growth with service quality.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management to shape vertical expansion.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new healthcare channels across the GCC region.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals from scratch.
  • Genuine understanding of regulated, trust-critical environments where compliance is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to commercial decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Nice to have

  • Established network within the Dubai/UAE market (corporates, insurers, clinics, pharmacies, or wellness providers).
  • Familiarity with UAE/GCC healthcare licensing and regulatory bodies (DHA, DoH, MOH).
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to optimize sales workflows.
