What you will do

  • Implement efficient lead routing and qualification strategies to drive pipeline growth.
  • Analyze lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads and conduct initial qualifications.
  • Execute outbound prospecting against tiered lists to generate high-intent opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize handoff processes and resource allocation.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform overall sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of B2B sales experience or 1+ year in a financial operations role.
  • Fluent English is essential; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Disciplined approach to activity planning and documentation within Salesforce.
  • A-levels or equivalent education.
  • High energy and a result-oriented 'can-do' attitude.
