What you will do
- Drive new business growth and strategic account expansion across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for large enterprise and government organizations.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across business, operations, HSE, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles involving legal, procurement, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem players to generate opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM discipline.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong network within oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience managing long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to appear onsite at a office for the recruitment process.
Nice to have
- Experience with EHS, ORM, ESG, ERP, or operational transformation solutions.
- Experience working with SI/partner-led sales models.
