Salary: $50.00–$65.00/hr

What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide 1-2 agile teams through the development of operational baseline updates.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure team progress and transparency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret security clearance issued by the Department of Defense.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be local to Orlando, FL and willing to work onsite >50% of the time.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency with JIRA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hardware Integration.
• Experience with Metrics Development.
• Background in Systems Engineering.
