Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and ensure team alignment on product goals.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity and progress.
• Promote Agile principles and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Monitor team performance through key metrics and ensure process transparency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA and able to work hybrid (3 days/week in office).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles, software development processes, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Experience leading projects in financial data or capital markets domains.
