What you will do

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices to achieve internal customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and coach the development team toward self-organization and higher scrum maturity.
• Support and educate the product owner to ensure effective backlog management and delivery.
• Track KPIs, communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback sessions and strict adherence to Agile principles.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of prior experience on a scrum team.
• Current Scrum Master certification (A-CSM, PSM, or PSMIII) from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org.
• Minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Deep mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and understanding of API and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management and developer-level technical skills.
• Knowledge of AI Agents and ability to resolve conflicts in a changing environment.
