What you will do

• Create and execute integrated marketing strategies for access control and intercom product portfolios.
• Collaborate with global and local marketing and technical teams to define go-to-market paths for new releases.
• Design compelling product messaging and positioning based on deep subject matter expertise.
• Generate awareness and demand through targeted campaigns and product launch plans.
• Measure and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives to optimize future plans.
• Analyze competitor marketing to influence and refine long-term strategic direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in the IT or security industry, specifically with access door controls or intercoms.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Chelmsford, MA.
