What you will do

• Create and implement strategies, programs, and tools to drive demand for partners.
• Design, lead, and measure demand generation strategies to drive sales.
• Develop benchmarks and KPIs for all initiatives to demonstrate a results-driven approach.
• Collaborate with segment leaders to integrate and implement marketing strategies.
• Evaluate and deliver action plans based on industry trends and competitive insights.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the marketing team to achieve clear goals.

Requirements

• 10 - 15 years of marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with traditional and digital marketing, including demand generation and ABM.
• Proficiency in Google Suites, Salesforce, and project management software.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 10%.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
