Talent Sourcer (Recruiting): Identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for US and LATAM roles across Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering functions with an accent on high-level outbound sourcing and pipeline generation. Focus on optimizing LinkedIn Recruiter strategies, improving response rates, and delivering qualified senior-level talent to the recruiting team.

Location: Remote (Philippines). Must be based in the Philippines. Required overlap with US business hours (minimum 4-5 hours of CT daily).

Salary: PHP 95,000 - 130,000

What you will do

  • Execute outbound sourcing for US-based roles (Growth, Product, Design, Executive) and LATAM engineering roles.
  • Develop and iterate search strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Talent Insights.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and manage multi-touch sequences to increase response rates.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics, including outreach volume and source-to-screen conversion.
  • Conduct market intelligence to provide data-driven insights on talent pools and compensation.
  • Collaborate with US-based hiring managers during intake calls to calibrate candidate profiles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focusing on the US market.
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (projects, Boolean search, Talent Insights).
  • Proven track record of sourcing senior-level positions (Director, VP, Staff/Principal Engineer).
  • Ability to source across multiple functions, including both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong written English proficiency for high-quality candidate outreach.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available for 4-5 hours of CT overlap daily.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workable ATS.
  • Experience sourcing engineering talent in the LATAM region.
  • Familiarity with AI sourcing tools such as SeekOut or hireEZ.
  • Background in marketplaces, tech startups, or high-growth environments.
