What you will do

  • Architect and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify top-tier passive talent in AI, quantum computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Develop comprehensive market maps using advanced open-source intelligence, academic paper tracking, and conference mapping.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to technical executives and hiring managers, guiding talent strategy through data and market realities.
  • Evangelize the company's technical vision and culture to high-caliber candidates.
  • Design and maintain a seamless, high-touch candidate journey from initial contact through the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years of progressive talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced technology environments.
  • 4+ years of dedicated experience hunting frontier technology profiles (AI/ML researchers, quantum scientists, cryptography experts).
  • Proven track record of niche "1:1" hiring for bespoke, non-pipeline specialized positions.
  • Expertise in Boolean logic and leveraging alternative sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.
  • High-EQ stakeholder management experience with technical executives and engineering leaders.

Nice to have

  • Experience navigating both Big Tech environments and venture-backed startups.
  • Background in executive search for technical leadership roles at the Director+ level.
  • Fluency with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, Metaview, or Juicebox.
