Senior Engineering Manager, Workflows (Identity Orchestration)

Salary: $207,000 — $285,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Partner with senior Product Management and Design leaders to define product vision and execute a multi-year roadmap.
• Drive technical strategy for Workflows Runtime using Rust, Go, and messaging solutions.
• Establish metrics and operational rhythms to ensure engineering excellence and predictable delivery.
• Represent technical progress and organizational strategy in senior leadership forums.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive complex, cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience as a people manager.
• Strong technical background leading teams building complex backend systems using Rust, Go, and messaging solutions.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
• Proven ability to collaborate with product and design counterparts to build customer-focused roadmaps.
