Location: Onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to offer management.
  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to align recruitment with business needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Utilize market data and competitor insights to provide context on talent availability.
  • Drive consistency and efficiency across recruitment workflows and team projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Experience recruiting for commercial, marketing, or operations roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills are required.
  • Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
