What you will do

• Deliver direct casework for young people referred for diversion, including Out of Court Disposals and the Turnaround Programme.
• Build trusting, meaningful relationships with young people and their wider support networks.
• Assess individual needs and risks to develop outcome-focused intervention plans.
• Provide 1:1 and group interventions to reduce offending, exploitation, and harm.
• Deliver restorative justice activities and advocate for young people's voices.
• Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service performance targets.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification (minimum Diploma level or equivalent) in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or Youth Justice.
• Experience working with children and young people with complex needs and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and adolescent development.
• Experience in risk assessment, safeguarding, and child protection processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (rota Saturdays).
• Strong communication and partnership-working skills.
