What you will do

• Coordinate pre-start meetings with residents to assess needs and explain project scopes.
• Maintain regular communication with residents through newsletters, site visits, and forums.
• Resolve escalated complaints and address property-related concerns proactively.
• Manage property documentation, including condition reports and white goods logs.
• Collaborate with operational teams and call centers to ensure contract KPIs are met.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within multi-disciplined teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Retrofit, Housing, or Planned Maintenance sectors.
