What you will do
- Lead high-value research initiatives and oversee the production of biographical, financial, and due diligence profiles on donors.
- Partner with senior fundraising leadership to co-develop and deliver annual and long-term PRM strategy.
- Translate organizational fundraising priorities into actionable research plans and pipeline development.
- Drive innovation in research methodology, tool procurement, and CRM (Salesforce) management.
- Provide line management to the PRM team, shaping culture and promoting inclusive practices.
- Ensure PRM outputs directly inform donor cultivation and stewardship decisions at a leadership level.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Expert research and database management skills, specifically with Salesforce.
- Strong experience applying quantitative and qualitative analysis to non-profit fundraising strategy.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving and drive continuous improvement in research methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to drive strategic messaging at a leadership level.

- Deep understanding of philanthropic trends in the humanitarian aid sector.
- Knowledge of strategic philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and impact investing.
- Prior experience working at a large international organization across multiple markets.
