What you will do

• Administer client asset and client money transfers end-to-end for clients joining and leaving the business.
• Manage in-specie transfer workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external providers to meet service level expectations.
• Liaise with the Cashiers team to facilitate prompt and accurate movement of client money.
• Process and coordinate manual transfers and STP transfers via the Equisoft platform, including queue monitoring and workflow management.
• Track and follow up on outstanding transfer items, update internal systems, and perform checks to ensure accurate books and records.
• Support the Manager with operational excellence, client outcomes, and ad-hoc team coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Transfers and Custody operations with a deep understanding of end-to-end client asset transfer processes.
• Working knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and tax wrappers, including ISA rules.
• Experience using Equisoft, including coordination and processing of manual and Straight Through Processing (STP) transfers, with controls and exception handling.
• Experience liaising with custodians, unit trust platforms, and market infrastructure (e.g., CREST) to facilitate transfers and resolve queries.
• Exposure to domestic and overseas asset transfers, including cross-border operational considerations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
