Research Integrity Manager

Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work and live in the UK, with a requirement to work from the Milton Park office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Drive investigations into complex research ethics and integrity cases for books and journals.
• Develop and maintain editorial policies to ensure they reflect current scholarly practices.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for research integrity.
• Audit books for adherence to peer review and ethical best practices.
• Present workshops on publishing ethics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise colleagues on editorial policies and provide clear updates on integrity standards.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work and live in the UK.
• Must be able to commute to the Milton Park office 3 days per week.
• Experience in research within STM or AHSS disciplines.
• Proven experience in scholarly book publishing and editorial assessment of manuscripts.
• Strong understanding of publication ethics standards and guidelines.
• Ability to handle sensitive research ethics cases and make reliable judgements under pressure.
