What you will do

• Manage outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to collect overdue payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and identify collection priorities.

• Resolve billing inquiries and support customers with payment-related questions.
• Prepare reports on collection activities and payment performance.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish required
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or finance operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
