What you will do

• Manage European AP and AR operations, including the production and posting of sales invoices.
• Process, code, and obtain approvals for accounts payable invoices.
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Handle employee expense reports and manage payments via banking platforms.
• Collaborate with opportunity owners to ensure accurate and timely vendor purchase orders.
• Support operational improvements, system changes, and supplier relationship enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
