Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to oversee the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships. This role requires leadership skills to drive efficiency and uphold financial integrity.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and reconciliations.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships, resolving inquiries promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Generate reports on accounts payable metrics to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Rights to work in Spain and ability to commute to our office in Barcelona daily.
