What you will do

• Manage procurement operations with exchanges and vendors, including quoting and onboarding processes.
• Conduct usage and cost analysis to ensure commercial and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a precise market data inventory and execute the end-to-end exchange reporting cycle.
• Reconcile invoices against contracts and usage to support accruals and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, resolve service issues, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal controls through pragmatic automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, IT, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business/financial operations or market data management within fintech.
• Expertise in invoice validation, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
• Proven experience building financial models to support cost management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and GSuite.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or FactSet administration tools.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations relating to market data.
