What you will do

• Review, record, and process payment of vendor invoices for assigned Market Companies.
• Ensure accounting and payment of invoices align with corporate closing calendars.
• Maintain supplier master data and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
• Implement process improvements and preventive actions to avoid errors or incidents.
• Manage projects impacting the Accounts Payable process.
• Review open amounts and GL account clearings to ensure accurate postings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant studies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Advanced level of English and German (mandatory).
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Experience with SAP Finance, SAP Ariba, and SAP VIM.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in other European languages, specifically Spanish or Polish.
• Experience with Business Intelligence applications.
