What you will do

• Own end-to-end AP operations, controls, and performance outcomes for the Americas region across approximately 10 legal entities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Americas AP team, including workforce and succession planning.
• Manage BPO service delivery (Genpact), ensuring SLA performance and KPI achievement.
• Ensure balance sheet integrity, payment execution, and strict SOX and Audit compliance.
• Partner with Treasury, Procurement, and Finance leadership to drive enterprise-wide process improvements.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including automation, ERP optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of related experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Full knowledge of accounting principles and preparing detailed account reconciliations.
• Experience with large, global ERP/Financial systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Must be based in East Aurora, New York.
