What you will do

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accurate US GAAP financial statements.
• Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline accounting workflows and ERP systems.
• Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, vendor onboarding, and corporate expenses.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance.
• Partner with Strategic Finance, Legal, and IT teams to support business operations and M&A activity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience in public or industry roles.
• Proven track record of owning close processes and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong judgment and a process-driven mindset focused on scalability.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in evolving environments.
• Must be based in the United States with significant overlap with Americas time zones.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Rillet, Campfire, Ramp, or Zip.
• Experience overseeing external tax partners.
