What you will do

• Process a high volume of invoices and requests, ensuring proper coding and adherence to company procedures.
• Assist in month-end close by reconciling vendor statements and resolving outstanding discrepancies.
• Manage vendor relationships by maintaining pristine records and facilitating clear communication.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Shipping and Receiving, and FP&A to ensure accurate 3-way match and timely payments.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within the accounts payable function to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on external audit requests and ad-hoc financial projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Hawthorne, California.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as NetSuite or Ramp.
• Prior professional experience in Accounts Payable.
• Ability to navigate the demands of a fast-paced startup environment.
