Accounts Payable Coordinator

What you will do

• Process production invoices end-to-end, including tracking, coding, and submission.
• Ensure accurate GL and WBSE coding to maintain financial integrity.
• Troubleshoot invoice processing issues, system errors, and payment discrepancies.
• Manage the vendor lifecycle, including registration, updates, and inquiry resolution.
• Provide payment status updates and aging reports to internal stakeholders.
• Support production budgeting by posting actuals and assisting the finance team with projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the Stamford, CT office at least four days per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
