What you will do
- Own the Deal Strategy intake board to review, approve, reject, or route requests against defined guardrails.
- Triage and process T&C and commercial-agreement redlines in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Manage Treasury exceptions including deposit waivers, payment terms, and payment method exceptions.
- Review order forms for pricing, currency, and billing accuracy prior to closing.
- Maintain the clause library and pre-approved pricing/terms playbooks to enable sales self-service.
- Design and evolve guardrail frameworks and exception-handling processes to drive cross-functional adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, commercial finance, or sales operations within a B2B environment.
- Strong grounding in the legal and finance mechanics of commercial deals and credit risk evaluation.
- Proven experience in hands-on ownership of pricing/discount approvals or commercial exception handling.
- Excellent asynchronous and documentation-first communication skills for global stakeholders.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Must be based within the +2 / -6 UTC time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience using data or AI to surface deal insights and automate approval workflows.
- Knowledge of EOR or global employment services.
- Professional background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
