Location: Remote (Portugal)

Salary: Base $40,000 (USD) with uncapped commission; OTE Year 1 $92,500 and Year 2 $125,000; commission range $40K–$52.5K–$85K

What you will do

  • Run the full sales cycle: initial outreach, discovery calls, product demos, closing, and smooth onboarding handoff.
  • Prospect and reach out to potential clients in the travel industry, focusing on qualified leads.
  • Guide prospects in understanding how hirify.global products help their business thrive.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and work to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and needs.

Requirements

  • Work authorization: full legal right to work in Portugal (citizenship or residency); no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or the travel industry.
  • English: fluent; Dutch: fluent.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfort with outbound calls, cold calling, and conducting product demos.
  • Experience achieving sales targets and using a consultative approach across the full sales cycle.
