Salary: $69,000–$88,000

What you will do

• Support the sales team through the quoting and approval process while following established guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy of quote data in CPQ to reduce downstream errors.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Order Operations to facilitate deal progression.
• Apply sales approval policies consistently and escalate non-standard requests.
• Meet departmental SLAs and turnaround time expectations for deal processing.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to build operational expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1–2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Order Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Foundational understanding of revenue recognition, sales contracts, and SOX controls.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or similar tools is preferred.
