Salary: $102,258–$153,387 plus 20% bonus potential

What you will do
- Lead and develop a manager-led organization of 50+ people focused on client onboarding and revenue growth.
- Define and execute a scalable onboarding strategy to improve client acquisition and retention.
- Optimize time-to-live metrics and improve the predictability and speed of client launches.
- Design and operationalize tiered service models, delineating between self-service, standard, and white-glove experiences.
- Implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual work, increase capacity, and standardize training.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product teams to streamline the end-to-end client journey.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success within a SaaS company.
- 5+ years of experience leading leaders and managing multi-layered teams in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of improving time-to-value and operational efficiency at scale.
- Experience scaling tiered service models with a high focus on AI-driven processes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong ability to use data, metrics, and operating discipline to improve performance.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, travel, or hospitality industries.
- Background in digital onboarding, LMS, or client education strategies.
- Experience implementing workflow automation and AI-assisted processes to reduce manual effort.
