TL;DR

VP, Strategic Client Delivery (Strategic Account Delivery): Own customer satisfaction, account P&L performance, and growth for strategic enterprise software support and managed services accounts with an accent on executive client governance, delivery excellence, and commercial alignment. Focus on shaping service costing and delivery efficiency, driving expansion (cross-sell/upsell), and advancing AI-enabled service delivery to improve quality, speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.

What you will do

  • Drive customer satisfaction and client experience through proactive relationship management and escalation avoidance.
  • Own account P&L and financial performance by executing delivery within financial targets and optimizing cost, efficiency, and margin.
  • Shape service costing and delivery models to deliver services faster, better, and more cost-effectively.
  • Lead executive client engagement, run governance forums, and demonstrate measurable client value tied to strategic outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery excellence across support, application management, and professional services; partner with global delivery centers on service and skills development.
  • Advance AI-enabled service delivery and align delivery outcomes with sales/marketing to support renewals and drive growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote in the United States; travel required based on client and business needs
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software, services, or SaaS environments.
  • Prior leadership experience as a senior Services Delivery Manager or leader of a services delivery organization in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience owning client relationships, P&L performance, and growth outcomes for strategic accounts.
  • Strong executive-level, customer-facing relationship management and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed global organizations.
