Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 USD

is a User Research CRM building an AI-native research platform to automate participant recruitment and management for user-centric companies.
What you will do
- Own technical onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts, managing API integrations, SSO configuration, and custom workflows.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for the CX team, addressing questions on platform architecture and AI capabilities.
- Partner with Sales in pre-sales conversations to provide technical credibility and scope custom implementations.
- Develop and ship lightweight internal CX tooling using Retool, custom integrations, and AI.
- Act as a high-signal feedback channel to the product team by surfacing product gaps and integration opportunities.
- Define the playbook, standards, and documentation for technical consulting and solutions engineering.
Requirements
- Experience leading Enterprise technical engagements independently and translating complex problems into solutions.
- Hands-on technical depth in API integrations and architecture (SSO, Snowflake).
- Daily use of AI tools like Cursor and Claude as core parts of building and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to ship internal tooling and automations (e.g., using Retool).
- B2B SaaS background as an Implementation or Solutions Engineer at a Series A–C company.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio.
- Experience at API-first or data integration SaaS companies like Segment or Fivetran.
