Requirements

  • Proven track record in Key Account Management within a professional IT services company.
  • Experience managing major accounts with significant annual revenues, focusing on growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Strong background in technology sales, preferably within the transport sector.
  • Comfortable operating at C-level, translating business challenges into IT-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor, developing long-term partnerships and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen to construct and negotiate profitable deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Insight into digital transformation programmes and how IT services enable business value.
