What you will do

• Develop and manage program schedules and budgets using manufacturing metrics and financial practices.
• Lead technical and program reviews to present results to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate subcontract management, purchasing, and program resource planning.
• Generate and track program action items and risks via program management tools.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing activities on assigned projects in collaboration with Operations.
• Utilize hirify.global ERP (Oracle-based) tools for finance, procurement, and manufacturing management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technical or Engineering field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with international defense co-development and/or co-production programs.
• Background in Project Management or Manufacturing Project Management/Operations.
• Proficiency in Cost Accounting and Reporting.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
