What you will do

  • Lead overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance targets for complex projects.
  • Manage all project phases from inception through completion, including resource allocation and talent development.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, managing program teams and leading technical review sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain organization to monitor supplier performance and ensure part availability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues regarding cost, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Oversee team leadership to maintain high morale within an inclusive and positive environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in project/program management in the commercial or defense industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced knowledge of EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Experience managing government projects with direct internal and external customer interfaces.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
