What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of medium to large-sized sensor system projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical targets are met.
• Establish project performance measurement baselines and develop resource allocation plans.
• Act as the primary customer contact, managing expectations and leading technical review sessions.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain organization to manage suppliers and monitor performance.
• Identify and mitigate project opportunities, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate win strategies and compliant proposals to support business portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in project/program management within the commercial or defense industry.
• Advanced knowledge of EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk/issue management tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
