Salary: $140,000-175,000

What you will do

• Lead personnel and maintain a professional technical and administrative support staff to accomplish contractual tasks.
• Perform contract oversight and supervisory duties, including training and performance reviews.
• Manage budgeting, cost performance reports, and Other Direct Costs to ensure contract compliance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the program's base and manage the business pipeline.
• Implement proactive risk and opportunity management plans using CSI/Six Sigma practices.
• Act as the primary on-site representative and liaison between the contractor and the Government Technical Representative/COR.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Senior-level experience managing customer contracts within a DoD environment.
• Proven ability to perform schedule and cost reporting and technical evaluation of requirements.
• Experience in resource allocation and the development of program strategic plans.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
