Salary: $151,787 - $192,264 plus bonus

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program execution for obsolescence and lifecycle risk management across high-mix product portfolios.
• Establish BOM-level visibility to ensure manufacturing continuity and protect build plans.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to execute mitigation strategies.
• Manage a team of data analysts to transform raw product and supplier data into high-quality SAP master data.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and risk reporting to drive transparency and alignment.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance data models, governance, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in program management, manufacturing operations, or supply chain risk.
• Deep knowledge of BOM structures, material master data, and product lifecycle/obsolescence management.
• Proven ability to translate technical and data insights into actionable business decisions.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics, electromechanical, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, lifecycle intelligence platforms, and MDM tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
