Salary: $165,000.00–$220,000.00 annually

What you will do
- Execute production programs by managing performance against production schedules, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Own customer account management for production issues, delivery coordination, commercial interactions, and performance reporting.
- Drive cost-to-plan and financial performance, including forecasts and earned-value/financial status reporting.
- Lead demand flow down to production sites, ensuring planning, materials, and capacity are in place to meet program needs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, test, logistics, sustainment) to remove blockers and optimize throughput.
- Resolve escalations and manage change/configuration control, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional work experience, preferably in aerospace and engineering.
- 6+ years of program management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (typically).
- Experience with program/schedule management tools (e.g., IMS, MS Project) and earned value management (EVM) basics.
- Ability to lead technical trade-offs with engineering teams and manage stakeholders across functions and customers.
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for this position.
