TL;DR

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Lead technical programs from contract award through final end-item delivery, including support for sales and proposals.
  • Manage large cross-functional teams across contracts, procurement, engineering, test, operations, and quality.
  • Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from engineering design through qualification and delivery.
  • Ensure program plans, schedules, and costs meet both customer and company expectations.
  • Manage program costs and technical risks, presenting status updates at monthly Program Management Reviews.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience in aerospace, defense, or highly engineered manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex production programs with direct responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams through full-rate production.
  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Security Clearance is highly preferred.
