What you will do

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and authority.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and prospect activity within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and quota targets for pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Holmdel, New Jersey.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and communicate value effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and sales funnels.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales environments.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and sales engagement platforms.
