TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities and building the top of the revenue funnel through outbound prospecting with an accent on lead generation and relationship building. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, conducting outbound communication, and managing sales metrics in Salesforce.
Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area (Hybrid: requires presence in NYC office at least 3 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday)
Salary: $64,350 per year (base) + variable compensation

What you will do
- Prospect, identify, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Perform timely outbound calls and email campaigns to engage potential customers.
- Identify key decision-makers and determine their buying readiness and timelines.
- Capture and manage prospect data and metrics within the sales CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
- Spanish Bilingual (must have)
- Must be located in the New York Metro Area
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales
- Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Reliable self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of HR tech platforms or the HR domain
