TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities and building the top of the revenue funnel through outbound prospecting with an accent on lead generation and relationship building. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, conducting outbound communication, and managing sales metrics in Salesforce.

Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area (Hybrid: requires presence in NYC office at least 3 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday)

Salary: $64,350 per year (base) + variable compensation

What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Perform timely outbound calls and email campaigns to engage potential customers.
  • Identify key decision-makers and determine their buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage prospect data and metrics within the sales CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Spanish Bilingual (must have)
  • Must be located in the New York Metro Area
  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation or outbound sales
  • Strong interest or experience working for a SaaS organization
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Reliable self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Knowledge of HR tech platforms or the HR domain
