What you will do

• Execute improvements in engineering processes, workflows, tools, and training.
• Develop and implement metrics and KPI frameworks for engineering data collection and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-discipline collaboration to improve compliance, resource utilization, and competency.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering best practices.
• Partner with training owners to design and execute engineering learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on process improvement or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering, systems thinking, and system development lifecycles.
• Proven experience establishing KPI frameworks and reporting for engineering data.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and SYSML/UML (Cameo/MagicDraw preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility for government security investigations.
