What you will do

  • Drive and execute strategic service sales plans to deliver measurable growth across assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and consistently exceed ambitious annual targets.
  • Build and actively manage a robust, high-visibility service sales pipeline.
  • Partner with Offering and Marketing teams to develop customer-facing value propositions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, develop proposals, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning service solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in technical or service sales with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided).
  • Strong knowledge of data center and communications industries.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% depending on business needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
