What you will do

• Identify and prioritize new sales opportunities within the MEA data center market.
• Develop and execute account plans for hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPC firms, and OEMs.
• Articulate technical value propositions for precision cooling and liquid cooling technologies.
• Recruit and manage a network of strategic distributors and representatives.
• Lead complex contract negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements.
• Represent the company at regional industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the data center industry.
• Documented experience and established relationships with MEA data center ecosystem players.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong technical understanding of critical infrastructure and cooling systems.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) within the MEA region.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience in channel management and working with in-country distributors.
