Location: Hybrid in Coppell, TX, USA (3 days office / 2 days home)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow relationships with large-scale retail accounts in Texas and the Southeast.
  • Develop strategic account plans for digital transformation and store modernization.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for IoT, data, and AI solutions.
  • Negotiate multi-year, high-value agreements ranging from 8 to 9 figures.
  • Build deep relationships with C-suite leaders across operations, IT, merchandising, and finance.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering, product, finance, and legal teams to deliver high-value proposals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail technology, SaaS, or IoT.
  • Proven success closing large, complex deals (8-figure+).
  • Deep understanding of U.S. retail store operations, pricing, and supply chain.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in commercial negotiations and long sales cycles (6–24+ months).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (primarily domestic).

Nice to have

  • Experience with ESL, computer vision, or in-store SaaS platforms.
  • Existing relationships with major retailers headquartered in Texas or the Southeast.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide rollouts across large store networks.
