What you will do

• Maximize the value of hirify.global solutions and workflows for data center customers across North America.
• Identify critical technical challenges and secure buy-in from business and technology stakeholders to drive new business.
• Deliver technical and economic value propositions to engineering and business leadership at all levels.
• Drive pre-sales campaigns by coordinating cross-functional teams, including R&D and application engineering.
• Foster and grow strategic relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect in the data center industry.
• Deep technical knowledge of thermal, power, and networking requirements for enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale data centers.
• Proficiency in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and its application in optimizing data center operations.
• Strong understanding of DCIM, BMS, EPMS, and IT deployment requirements.
• BS Degree in a technical discipline (preferably ME, EE, or Computer Science).
• Must be based in the North America region.
