What you will do

• Lead the Canadian GTO business with full accountability for performance, growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the market strategy for Canada to expand existing client footprints and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain senior executive relationships with key players in the Canadian banking, dealer, and wealth ecosystem.
• Oversee major client initiatives and drive business transformation programs to improve operating models.
• Collaborate with global matrix leaders across product, sales, finance, and HR to align investment and go-to-market priorities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team and foster a strong organizational culture.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience in banking, fintech, capital markets, or post-trade services.
• Proven track record of P&L leadership for a large business unit or platform.
• Deep familiarity with the Canadian financial services landscape and its major institutions.
• Experience leading large-scale operational change and business transformation.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite level.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
